BIR spring convention 2026: The push to recognize recycled plastic and rubber as strategic raw materials

During the recently held convention in Germany, members of the organization’s Plastics Division and Tyres & Rubber Committee discussed the current state of global markets for those materials and how they can be seen as strategic raw materials regardless of virgin material’s performance.
