GFL Environmental Inc. Announces Proposed Private Offering of Senior Notes

GFL Environmental Inc. (NYSE: GFL) (TSX: GFL) ("GFL" or the "Company") today announced that it is planning to commence, subject to market and other conditions, a private offering (the "Notes Offering") of US$750 million in aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2031 (the "Notes").
