Judge upholds Oregon’s EPR law

The state’s Plastic Pollution and Recycling Modernization Act was challenged by the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors, alleging violations of the Dormant Commerce Clause and Due Process Clause of the U.S. Constitution.
