New York Cracks Down on PFAS Amid Rising Wave of State Restrictions
New York State has advanced two landmark PFAS bills. The Drinking Water Standards for PFAS (S3207-B/A8634-B) and the PFAS Discharge Disclosure Act (S4574A/A5832A) passed the senate and assembly and have headed to Governor Kathy Hochul’s desk.
